These Terms and Conditions govern your attendance and participation in ALIGN Festival, organized by Embodied Future and held in California, USA. By purchasing a ticket or participating in the event, you agree to these terms.

Tickets & Refunds

• Tickets are transferable up until the day of the event.
• Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the start of the event.
• For refund or transfer requests, please contact us at alignfestival@gmail.com.

Age Policy

ALIGN is an all-ages event. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

• Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
• Respect the physical and emotional boundaries of others.
• Anyone violating this code may be asked to leave the event without a refund.

Photography & Media Consent

Photos and videos may be captured throughout the event for promotional and archival purposes. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to your image being used by Embodied Future in promotional materials, unless you contact us at alignfestival@gmail.com to opt out in advance.

Vendors & Marketplace

The event includes participation from independent practitioners and vendors. Embodied Future is not responsible for the actions, services, or products provided by third-party vendors.

Liability Disclaimer

You attend ALIGN Festival at your own risk. Embodied Future is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage that may occur during the event. Please consult your doctor or a licensed professional before participating in physical, therapeutic, or wellness activities.
